Gojek's Go Food app caters to online food delivery users. To extend this experience from online to offline, we developed a comprehensive strategy centered on human enjoyment of food, engaging all five senses. We designed a well-thought-out consumer journey to taste various foods, incorporated aromas through scent branding, and created sounds that enhance the enjoyment of eating. We used visuals to stimulate appetite and ensured expert-touched production. Additionally, we provided resourceful manpower to bring the experience to life. This innovative approach led to more people enjoying the food experience in five major cities, with over 50+ locations, successfully bridging the gap between online and offline dining experiences.
